Welcome to the Kansas City Eye Clinic!

To Request an Appointment please call 913.341.3100, email info@kceyeclinic.com, or fill out this form.

All patients will receive a text and email to confirm their appointments and a separate text and email to complete the electronic registration. Please complete this prior to your arrival in the clinic. If you are unable to complete it before your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete it on a tablet in the office.

All patients are required to bring in a photo ID and copy of their insurance card into the appointment. If you do not have insurance, we will be happy to quote you an estimate of our self pay pricing for our services.
